Full Job description
1/ Developing & Executing Sales Strategies:
- Works with operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work with sales to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for total revenue areas.
- Develops, implements and sustains aggressive solicitation program focused on increasing business.
- Development and implementation of Marketing, Social Media and brand promotions, both internal and external.
2/ Maximizing Revenue:
- Provides positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential
- Provides targets in conjunction with financial objectives for Marketing, Sales teams to confirm and seek out new business, achieve goals
3/ Managing Sales Activities:
- Monitors all day to day activities of direct reports.
- Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
- Analyzing & Reporting on Sales and Financial Data
II. Required:
- 2-year bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Ability to communicate well in English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Project and SharePoint;
- Ability to understand customer needs;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to plan, organize and direct the work of others.
