I/ Responsibilities:
1. Produce tenders as necessary according to department loading demands;
2.Review all enquiries and identify those which can be offered using the standard pricing;
3.Work in collaboration with the external salesforce to support and execute strategies to establish products and solutions during identification phase;
4. Ensure that Standard quotation and pricing tools used within the tendering process, are kept continually updated to meet market needs;
5.Review and approve tender price/costing estimates and submit for management approval in accordance with the tendering processes;
II. Required:
- BSc in Engineering
- Ability to communicate well in English, both written and spoken
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and SharePoint;
- Ability to navigate in PeopleSoft or similar enterprise management software, AutoCAD®;
- Ability to understand customer needs;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to plan, organize and direct the work of others.
